401 unauthorized [BUG]

Hello , last year i used RC to watch F1 TV Pro , and it was amazing. But when i try to logg in it said me this msg "401 unauthorized" and i cant do anything, i reinstall program and download latest version , same happend.

So i make new account on F1 , and made new payment for this year ,and still i cant log in with new password and email.

Is there any solution?

And problem is simple , no need to SS because i cant log in Race Control , when i open RC its auto open fill bar with email and password, i put correct info there and it said 401 unauthorized. Thats all i cant do or change anything from there.

And last year i used same RC and it worked well..

Or maybe this would help , i just figoured out that it wont work even if i put false password or anykind of pass , it said 401 unautoraized.

If your error message says '401 - Unauthorized' then you're using an outdated version, possibly the Microsoft Store release? Please remove the Microsoft Store version and install the latest version of Race Control manually by downloading the MSI installer.

I downloaded latest version from here , 2.5.5 ... and its still same. I didnt download from any store. If u have other link send me

Rob i downloaded latest version and all Net things ... and now it said that

"Request failed with status code Unauthorized"

Meaning there is still a 401 error

Are you 100% sure you are using valid credentials? Because this is normally the error you get when you use an invalid username or password.

I wonder whether the API might somehow be geo-restricted.

There is one strange thing. After i delete all files from RC , and install new fresh RC aplication from link u sent me , when i open it, aplication automaticly fill the email and password colones with my old account where i dont have subscription.

I dont know how that happens if i install new version, there is some kind of way where is my PC still connected on old email and password even if i made full delete of previous version of Race Control , so i suspect that link between my old account and Race Control dont allow me to put my new credientals where i made new subscription.

I believe those are saved within the windows credential manager, not the application itself.

I delete old pass from Windows Cred Manager, open Race Control type new password and new email. And still same problem with 401 Unauthorized. I google it on Net and it means that my email or password arent right , but thats not true , im logged at it on Google Chrome and it works on it , so its not possible thats email and password arent correct.
