[BUG]Live session notification announces all series instead of checked ones only #431

When Race Control is running and a new live session is detected, everything is announced instead of the selected series only.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Race Control
  2. Only check Formula 1
  3. When a new live session is announced, everything is announced.

Expected behavior Only the checked series should be announced.
