Unused Dependencies #16

I found a couple of dependencies that don't appear to be being used. If these are actually all unnecessary (mainly broccoli-file-remover), let me know and I'd be happy to submit a PR that removes them.

broccoli-file-remover
broccoli-replace (although this is now used in #14, if that PR is accepted)

Now #14 is merged, a PR to clean up the remaining dependency would be great. Thanks @mike183.
