Add site.baseurl to generated_src, if it is set #23

I noticed, that the plugin will not generate the correct image paths if site.baseurl is set. This patch fixes this.

I probably won't roll a new release for this project for a while. Working on other things and maybe looking for new maintainers for this and the picture project.
