Folder renaming - a la DC++ #4

It'd be nice if we had an ability to give aliases to local folders while 
sharing them - i.e. a user could share "C:\TORRENTS" but have it displayed to 
others as "Movies" instead of "TORRENTS". Could simply be an option in the 
context menu when right-clicking a folder in the Shares Manager.
