Split window manager (xfwm4 and metacity) themes from shiki-colors and shiki-colors-murrine

It would allow to easily distribute three packages without file collisions:
- shiki-colors
- shiki-colors-murrine
- shiki-colors-wm (?) 

And, then, people could choose between all themes, murrine based ones or not

Separating shiki-colors-metacity and shiki-colors-xfwm from gtk-theme to 
individual packages would be really helpful for packagers.
