I'd like to use roc on windows but there is not tutorial for building for windows.

Any chance?

Currently, roc-toolkit does not support windows, so roc-pulse as well.

Windows support is planned, but so far nobody is working on it.

Also, I guess on windows we'd need native virtual device implementation instead of roc-pulse.
