Websocket Fails with NGINX #31

Actual Behavior

Websocket connection fails in development when going through NGINX.

Expected Behavior

Websocket connects as it does connecting to Phoenix directlyl

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load app via tmuxp.
  2. Wait for everything to come up.
  3. Open localhost:8000.
  4. View Network tab in Developer Tools

Relevant Specifications (OS, Hardware, etc.)
