Put DNS in Terraform #59

Feature Description

Configure DNS with Terraform.

Arguments for the Feature

Currently, rebuilding a server means I have to manually update DNS. This is unacceptable.

This issue should also include deciding on sticking with Cloudflare or switching to DO.
