Add page/section listing local tech companies

Putting this here as an issue to maybe get some input from the RocDev community

I'd like to reproduce something like https://github.com/buffalodevs/BuffaloTechnologyCompanies on the RocDev site. It would be a good companion to the #careers channel in Slack. It would also give us an opportunity to tie listings to sponsorships -- i.e. if you sponsor > $some_amount, you're listed first in bold, large font, etc.

This could be a static page. Or, we could implement a drill-down, categorized list with possible categories like:

• ROC tech companies
• Coworking spaces (to replace this Google sheet
• Incubators
• Bootcamps / tech schools
• Hacker spaces

I can implement this, though I'd be happy for help with design, structure, etc. help too.
