Add "Options", "Edit" for modules in browser action

Please describe the feature or enhancement in as much detail as possible:

Add "Options" and "Edit" links for every module in the popup page.

I implemented this based on the latest version 0.5.6, see the .patch file. (The 
UI needs to be tweaked.)

It will be better if the Dashboard page can scroll to the current module when 
the "«" button clicked, please consider this.

Applied the patch on the back-end but haven't made the buttons yet because I 
want to redo the popup. In the mean time:
  [ Ctrl ] + click module name for options page, [ Shift ] + Click for edit page

You've been a huge help in getting this thing working smoothly. I'd like to put 
you on a contributors list on the extension about page. What would you like it 
to say? (username? Full name?) and do you have something for me to link it to?
