Please describe the feature or enhancement in as much detail as possible:

Have relevant options like hide logo affect print view as well.

I have not looked into whether or not this is technically possible.

In print view I'd like to be able to hide my gmail account name so I can print 
work emails without ExampleAccount@gmail.com showing up in the printed header.  

I can remove the text manually with the inspect elements option but like the 
previous poster I don't know if it's technically possible to incorporate this 
into the extension.
