Switch from browserActions to pageActions #307

Please describe the feature or enhancement in as much detail as possible:

Instead of always showing the Minimalist button on the toolbar, why not have it
show up as an interactive icon in the omnibox only on pages affected by
Minimalist (e.g. Gmail, or Google Reader, etc...).

When I first started the extension I would have disagreed with you. Chrome's
development guidelines state that extension which can act on all pages should
be browser actions, not page actions. However I'm realizing that MOST people
are not using my extension from the developer mindset of "I can click the
Minimalist Icon to create a script for this page quickly.". They are using it
from the consumer perspective where page actions make much more sense...

So, I will definitely consider this for a future release, I think it makes a
lot of sense.
