Nested site includes? #338

For a site that I'm modifying heavily, there is inconsistent HTML/CSS across 
many of the pages, thus making multiple Modules required. Could there be a way 
to make it so that you can assign the @include to "tabs" or "sections"? 
Obviously I can just add more and more modules, but this would be much cleaner 
and keep things more organized! :D
