The pink bar on top that notifies you when you've set all mail to autoforward 
to another email

This should be easy, I'll log into my apps account and get the CSS. Might not 
make the next update but probably this weekend. I want to better support apps 
accounts.

The message isn't there on any of my apps accounts. Can you get the selector 
for me?

I was able to do this fairly easily by adding a custom option containing the 
following code:

  .ZY {
      display: none;
  }
