Support right side chat #43

What is the problem? Describe completely:

With the 'Right-side chat' lab enabled in Gmail itself as well as "Hide sidebar 
ads" and "Hide Sidebar" in Minimalist for Gmail (toggled on in Minimalist for 
Everything), the main window becomes blank. The very benefit of extra space on 
the right-side would be the possibility for something like a right-side chat, 
so please fix this or consider implementing a right-side chat option in 
Minimalist itself.

Minimalist version   - 0.5.4
Relevant core module -
Chrome version       - 15.0.874.121 m
Operating System     - Windows XP
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    -
Other extensions     - many

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

Sorry, I'm not supporting right side chat at the moment. It breaks almost 
everything and make the extension very difficult to maintain.
