Hide Header breaks Header sub-options #63

What is the problem? Describe completely:

When choosing to only hide the Gmail logo, it works just fine, and actually now 
moves the search box to a hard left align, which is kind of cool. Previously, 
the logo just disappeared and the location of everything remained the same.

However, if the Hide Header option is also enabled, the logo no longer is 
hidden, but the header does hide and is toggleable with the "\" key as it 
should be. Also, the location of the search field and the logo remain the same.

Please fix so that the logo disappears as well as having the ability to hide 
the header.

Minimalist version   - 0.5.7
Relevant core module - ? Latest everything as far as I know.
Chrome version       - 15.0.874.121 m
Operating System     - XP SP3
Language             - Englais
Google Apps user?    - Not on this install.
Other extensions     - Yes, but not relevant.

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

Caused my a missing closing curly brace in the CSS for Hide Header. Will be 
fixed in 0.5.9
