At update time any user defined script is erased. (I added some options in 
minimalist for gmail module)

Minimalist version   0.5.8
Chrome version       15
Operating System     windows XP

This is not an error, there is no other way to do the update. If you want to 
declare custom options, create a new Module. I will be adding the ability to 
copy options from core modules into new module, for the time being just copy 
and pastse
