Problem with http://localhost:8000/demo/setup/install #36

Hi. After install and go to: http://localhost:8000/demo/setup/install The app automatic redirect to http://localhost:8000/demo/home/index

And nothing more. How i can see the setup pages? However, i can't login as administrator.
