Update the CONTRIBUTING.md guide #80

The current contributing guide have some discrepancies with the project. Looks like a copy was made from the old Quokka project without be updated to match the current configuration.

I will create a PR to update it.

Hi @rochacbruno, I found this project looking for the hacktoberfest and I decided to give it a shot. When I was trying to install a local version following the CONTRIBUTING.md document I faced some problems so I decided to start by updating it. The changes I have made was just to make the tutorial work again, it may be needed to propose new guidelines for contribution.
