Solution
There is no roadmap.md on the new project, changed to Issues Board page.
The instructions on Get Started are changed. Most of them coming from README.md file.
Old links are changed for the new one.
The Pull Request Guidelines is removed since the process now looks way different from the past. Maybe instead of remove this section should be completely reformulated.
