Scroll per item in Packet View cuts off protocol content #140

Problem Description: Scroll per item deprives possibility to view protocol with 
large content in Packet View. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to Ostinato.
2. Select interface within 'Ports Group' tree.
3. Create new stream.
4. Go into the stream.
5. Configure IGMP packet: MAC, EthII, IPv4, IGMP layers.
6. Go to "Protocol Data" tab
7. Select "Message Type" - "34 - IGMPv3 Report" in IGMP label.
8. Add up to 100 "Group Records".
9. Go to "Packet View" tab

Expected results: Whole protocol's configuration should be visible in Packet 
View tab.

Actual results: There is no possibility to view whole IGMP protocol 
configuration, only part of IGMP Group List is visible. 

Reproducibility: 100%

Ostinato version: 0.6

OS: Linux 3.11.0-15-generic #25~precise1-Ubuntu 86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
