build on FreeBSD description #99

Hello :-)

The correct build instructions for FreeBSD are:
1. qmake-qt4
2. make
3. make install

All dependencies are on the Port Tree and I managed to build and run Ostinato 
on FreeBSD 9.1 :-) It would be nice to provide this program directly in the 
port tree and binary packages for FreeBSD :-)
