DOC: Change HTML notebook links to point to docs page #278

Point to the HTML copies of the notebooks embedded in the documentation instead of the standalone HTMLs rendered at rochefort-lab.github.io. This will allow us to have consistent notebooks in the documentation, instead of always linking to the bleeding edge copy even in versions of the documentation which are for older versions of the codebase.
