Language Administration - allow users to enter ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-1 Fields #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as administrator
2. Go to Language Types
3. Add new Language Type

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

User should have fields to add ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-1

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
