Add/improve documentation for Transformation, Transformer

The copydocs from the aggregator had to be inserted directly, doxygen does not want to copy from things it did not document in the same run.

Also note that i documented transformer::Transformer::requestTransformationAtTime as deprecated since i cannot see how it would compile for anything but boolean streams.
