Require some of the feature/qt5 branches in other packages. This is mainly for osg_qt4, but the rest can be handled the same way until feature/qt5 gets merged back into main/master. The rest is osdeps.

Turns out the gentoo osdeps have already been merged into master, leaving the qt5 bits. @doudou , want to take another look?

Looks like this will undergo another revision to sort the qt5 svg situation.

This has been resolved, qt5-svg has been added, so i also added qt4-svg version here.

@doudou , does this look good to you?

Not going to follow up on this one anymore. My plans are to have the feature/qt4-qt5 work merged, and to delete the feature/qt5 branches afterwards, if there is nothing of value on them.
