test: allow expectation subclasses to fine-tune the error messages #118

This is actually needed by Syskit, where the "has_no_new_sample" expectation will report

:0xXXXXXX<id:6910>(conf: [\"default\"], orocos_name: test).out should not have received a new sample, but it received one: 10

instead of the current

:0xXXXXXX<id:6910>(conf: [\"default\"], orocos_name: test).out should not have received a new sample, but did not because of 10
