On the Ruby side, it ensures that workspaces have their 'bundler' settings properly set for e.g. solargraph/rubocop, and that it will work out of the box.
The editor settings - the more personal stuff - is left unchanged.
I really like where this is going.. Too bad I don't use Rock anymore :(
