create addHeadingOffset #7

For the use-case of aligning the estimator to e.g. a true north, resetHeading is heavily latency-sensitive, while addHeadingOffset is latency-independent (the offset is either constant or slow- changing)

This is polluting my dashboard. I'm closing the PR, the branch & code is still there so you guys can do as you please.
