Cannot connect to "Internet Hosted" client #6

Joined & connected to client using local IP. Worked. Joined & connected using public IP on the same LAN. Worked. Attempted to connect using public IP on a different LAN. Broken - "Inactive Host". Moonlight on my android phone worked so it's not a firewall/NAT issue.
