Add gamepad mouse control #31

This feature would help as a substitute to touch screen mouse control since that is unavailable while docked. This is already supported in other Moonlight platforms and is triggered by holding the Start/Plus button in Android.

As a temporary solution, I recommend using Steam's desktop controls. I set it up in a way that pressing "-" twice on my Switch turns my controller into mouse/keyboard and pressing it twice again turns it off. It's not too hard to setup.

Hi! For workaround you can connect USB mouse over USB OTG cable or doc and use it with this build.
