Leave only wokring tabs in Preferences window. #328

Inteface Tab - use case should be decided.
Addons - use case should be decided
Export script - should bring back, when re-doing scripting feature.
System - should bring back, when re-doing scripting feature. Removed:
Save and Load - doesn't make sense.
File paths - doesn't make sense.
