Looks like the pullRequest mode code got removed by accident in the arguments PR

Hey @rockbruno, seems to be isInSilentMode and isInVerboseMode is broken too.

Thanks @swiftyfinch , seems like the code was fine but the logic that passed it on to infofile build got screwed up. Will submit another version
