看了下ffplay的源码发现没有视频向音频同步那么简单，在这个播放器中音频向视频同步怎么实现呢？

I reviewed code and modified this project according to my client's requirement. Currently in this project, they are using multi threading. Please let me know if you have any other quesitions.
