After an error is printed (e.g., "The Device did not support this operation!") in black-on-red colors, rkdeveloptool changes the colors to white-on-black, independent of the previous color scheme. Same issue previously with upgrade_tool.
The openSUSE GNOME Terminal uses black-on-white text by default, and there are multiple color schemes to choose from that should be respected.
