switch build to autotools #2

Thank you for making rkdeveloptool open-source! Please consider pulling these changes into the main repository. Building with autotools improves the chances it builds on more distributions (as-is, the Makefile needed some tweaking to build on my system). Using autotools also makes it easier to build via a recipe with bitbake.

I'm going to close this pull request and open a new one on a branch of my repository instead of on its master.
