yolov2 sample #231

hi guys is there any yolov2 sample to take advantage of rknn? I don't know how to organize the output of the region layer of yolov2 on rknn

I also looking for yolov2 sample. I try use yolov5 demo on my pp-yolov2 model but there was many problem and no explicit solution.

I still has not found any sample and no success to implement yolov2 from yolov3's sample. the support team should hep us. @Caesar-github @JeffyCN
