Copied the R 3.2.0 Dockerfile and changed R Version to 3.2.5
The release date is 2016-05-03, which seemed to follow convention (the release date of R 3.0.0).

We often need this release (the last patch release) and thought it might benefit others.

Tested locally and seems OK.
