This seems to be due to Lutris/Mod Organizer 2 not having read access to the files/directory, so while the installer was able to create/setup the files, MO2 isn't able to access them afterward. And this happens regardless of if it was launched through Lutris or with run.sh
However, even if I give global RW access to ~/.wine, ~/.local/share/steam/steamapps/compatdata/489830, and both wine and winesteam runners, it still gives the same error.
For reference, this does seem to cause problems with save files not working, and may be causing some mods to cause CTD that would otherwise not normally do so on Windows.
I'm not sure if this is actually an issue, but the initialization log from MO2 spams these errors every time it is started. I have checked the install path and verified that the 'resources' it is complaining that it can't find are indeed located where it is looking for them. This does not seem to affect the ability to launch the game through the SKSE option, though I haven't tested any further than that yet.
