F4SE won't run #405

I've successfully installed, modded, and played FO4 using the install script, but I can't for the life of me get F4SE to load. The game launches fine, non-SE mods load and work fine. It's just that F4SE doesn't seem to be running. I tried "manually" installing F4SE just to see if it fixes anything but as expected it breaks the custom launcher the install script provides, otherwise I haven't touched anything in the game files.

Any ideas?

Issue was solved by launching f4se_loader from MO2 with f4se "manuall" installed in the game root folder (i.e. all files copied)
