Added "Fee Recipient Change" section to Solo Validator Migration Guide #222

In going through the Solo Validator guide myself, I noticed that there was a gap in direction for the post-migration setting of the CL client's "suggested fee recipient", if Step 3 wasn't performed earlier in the guide.

I created a section placed amongst the other supplementary sections within Step 5 that details how I believe this configuration should be performed (namely, manually changing the fee recipient depending on if the user is opting in or out of the Smoothing Pool). Feel free to use as is, or let me know if there are any changes/additional information required.

Great, yeah I think that covers it! And the Consensus Client breakdown there is super helpful as well. :)
