add some withdraw tests #5

Updated the comment. The plan is to add some RPL to the borrowers state, otherwise it would be zero.

The only reason to increase the time is to pass the RP check for the withdrawal cooldown. Without that it reverts with "The withdrawal cooldown period has not passed"
