Add support for ATtiny85 #7

I have added the necessary modification to support the ATtiny85 MCU.

Currently working on it but didn't get to test it on real hardware. Got some chips (84, 85 & 2313) now and will find some time to update it. Some of the power modes although are provided by the AVR header files, they are not physically available on the chip. SAMD21 support is already added and I will commit them this week.
