ATtiny + mininal idle + cleanup #92

Added tiny MCUs, added minimal idle method and did some cleanup.

Do you mind submitting a pull without the revision number added, so I could add any other relevant pull or fixes before a proper release?

@rocketscream This is a necessary addition, you can directly edit the author's repo and merge the files. Many like me just see the readme and move on because it doesn't have ATtiny in the list. Lucky me I opened pull requests.
