As a backup plan, re-implement the original Winters Dawning from zip archives.

Okay, so far the following items appear incorrect: The NPCs Forden Jallows in Bremen and Hazlo Norgun in Heartwood are using the versions Heathendel made for Winterland. The original SPM NPCs need to be restored and the quests removed as these NPCs originally gave the Grindle quests for the Bremen and Heartwood WD content during SPM. Their tags also need restoring to the originals which was the tag \<Festival Marshal>.

In addition, it appears as if the Winter Dawning banners are missing from both Heartwood and Bremen along with some of Heartwood's lights. Bremen seems to have it's lights intact, though some side towns might be missing them. (unsure if Greth added these to towns like Seascape, Eastbridge, Far Reach, GLT, etc or not, but, worth looking at anyway)

Once we get Anglorum set up, we'll have to investigate the content for that as well. I was sure even in Anglorum some towns such as Fort Stonehenge and Bath had WD content as well as Camelot. We'll see what appears once you have that region set up.

Okay, so, all the holiday mobs drop their intended items in all three major towns. All that is left that still needs doing is fixing up Forden Jallows in Bremen and Hazlo Norgun in Heartwood. Hazlo now has his Festival Marshal tag but Forden still doesn't. Both are also still trying to offer their Winterland quests (which should not even be showing up). These need to be turned off (the files for these are in there somewhere I'm sure) along with their original Grendle quest chain quests.

If you have time after sorting these two NPCs, please add a few Holiday props to the following towns: South Shield, Robin's Camp (probably just a couple modest wreaths here), Seascape and Eastbridge. Also, please adjust the tree placed in Far Reach since it's clipping into one of the regular trees at the top.

Once you verify all these are fixed on the test server, we can roll out the event to the live server. I know it's been short notice all the way, but, at least this way the players have some event to enjoy this year instead of nothing three years in a row.
