Relocate the Bounder Dash skill to Tier 2 #555

After much discussion, it was determined that players have quite a bit of difficulty traveling in the new player zones and early Anglorum. To remedy this, Sharlexia and Horsey have suggested a relocation of the Tier 3 travel skill Bounder Dash to a lower tier to help new players out.

It has been decided Tier 2 is the ideal place to relocate Bounder Dash to so that players as low as level 6 can now have access to the ability as early as Corsica content.

Fixed. After MORE discussion. The following has been implemented, subject to testing :-

10% Bounder Dash at Level 6 (2 AP) 20% Bounder Dash at Level 20 (4 AP) 30% Bounder Dash at Level 40 (6 AP)

Reserved for future use

40% Bounder Dash at Level 60 (8 AP)

Unfortunately nothing has changed and Bounder Dash is still a Tier 3 (level 20) skill with only two levels. Even if the background mechanics have been fixed, the skill icon's position along with the tier levels the skill can have needs updating to reflect this.
