"(68927,424.353,35586,9)" can not get quest because we are to high level "see image"

This restriction is intentional, but I have temporarily removed it so the eggs can be collected.

Was able to run the Bremen quest and complete it along with the one in Heartwood. However, although I could now take the Camelot quest, it could not be completed due to Issue #825.

Both quests can be completed now.
