First Reported by Lightning King in the chat, he reported getting a Treasure Hunters Tome and it was not appering in the buffs section at the top, did testing today and found at lv 31 lv 29 mobs gave 60 xp and 28 gave 40 xp while I had the tome. Thanks to Shar for doing the math but seems the tomes do not work.
