having beat the boss of the hollow tree got essence and looked in chest only to be surprised at finding 2 "Old" items Old Faerie-Sworn Claw Old Faerie-Sworn Footwraps

both items are fine but I don't think the "Old" versions where suposed to be listed in the chest

I can reassure you that the inclusion of those items in Isa Tiria's boss chest was intentional. Those are items from pre-0.8.6 and were restored to that boss chest back during Planet Forever.
